Refund policy

All full price item are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt of your order. To request a return, please email us within 14 days of receiving your item to start the process.

Studio Pothos will accept returns on orders from Canada + the US. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on international orders. 

In order for Studio Pothos to issue a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging, accompanied by the original packing slip.

Upon acceptance, we will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Studio Pothos is not responsible for return shipping costs or duty reimbursement. All costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. 

Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges. Studio Pothos is not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged. We recommend you choose a shipping method that includes tracking.

Once a refund has been issued, we will notify you via email. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.

Studio Pothos reserves the right to refuse returned products that do not meet our return policy requirements. These items can be shipped back to the customer, at the customers expense. 

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sample Sale items are marked "as is" and are final sale.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that your item arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us immediately at hello@studiopothos.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that Studio Pothos does not consider natural markings on the leather a defect.
