Shipping policy

Most of our items are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production. 

***We get it, sometimes it's a gift, you waited until the last minute, and don't have 2 weeks to wait for production. If that's the case, send us an email before ordering to see if we have the item in stock already or if we have time to rush it for you. We will do our best to accommodate.***

Shipping Rates:

Canada:
~Free shipping on orders over $200 before tax.
~Orders under $200 - Flat Rate Shipping (with tracking) $15.
~$4 - Untracked Lettermail shipping via Canada Post is available on small items that meet Lettermail size and weight criteria. 

US:
~Free shipping on orders over $200 before tax.
~Orders under $200 - Flat Rate Shipping (with tracking) $25.
~$15 shipping through Canada Post (5-10 days in transit) is available on some small items that meet the size and weight criteria.

International:
~ International orders have a base shipping rate of $35 or $50, depending on package size/weight.
* In some cases, additional shipping costs may be due for express service to certain regions. If this applies, we will contact you to let you know the additional fees due and give you the option to pay these additional shipping fees or cancel your order.  

 US + International orders may be subject to import duties, customs, and additional taxes. These charges vary according to country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Studio Pothos is not responsible for any of these costs.
